cups-pk-helper software package provides PolicyKit helper to configure cups with fine-grained privileges, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cups-pk-helper
cups-pk-helper is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cups-pk-helper package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cups-pk-helper *
You will get with cups-pk-helper package name, version, architecture and description in a table
